Performance issues

Hello there, this is my laptop ı bought recenlty... [Personal Information Removed]

in general use, it's really good... But ı am an online lesson teacher, when ı use skype or any online interview apps or pragrammes my laptop becomes slower, hotter,  and it feels like like it can't handle switcheing between pages or documents... I dont understand eventhough it has 12th gen 1250u cpu its latency is annoying... I still have some time to give it back and get a full refund... So ı wanted to ask if there might be any recommendations... thankyou
