Please help to diagnose whether this is dirt stuck to it or whether the screen and top of the casing near the camera also appear scratched, my assumption is this is dirt stuck to the mousepad, when the laptop is closed, but I'm still looking to find out. , I tried cleaning it with the laptop cleaner I have. Bought it at the grocery store but the stain won't come off? Is there any special oil or liquid to clean it, or is there damage to the screen and the casing is scratched?
I attached a photo to make it clearer.
