We are experiencing an issue with HP Elite x360 1040 G9 2-in-1 models when they are connected to a product named "Logitech meetup" (a meeting room solution) .
Here more details about what this product is:
What happens is that the integrated "plug and play" microphone from this Logitech camera is not working if we plug it into a HP laptop model: HP Elite x360 1040 G9 2-in-1 (Already tested with completely new out of the box laptop). Also MS Teams states that the microphone is not working and asks to change the microphone.
If we attach the same Logitech device into any other HP laptop model it works fine and without any issue.
Could it be that this is a known issue for HP Elite x360 1040 G9 2-in-1 models?

Managed to find a workaround by installing Meetup software from US site. Plug and play functionality gets fixed permanently after installing this software for the first time on those laptops. So it means you can install it and then uninstall it later on.
