I just want to say the employee I spoke to in support tried his hardest on Friday to reconnect my printer. After almost 2hrs nothing would work. He proceeded to inform me I could enroll in the HP all in one plan and he would have my item expedited to me, and I would have it in my possession by Monday. Now here we are it is Monday and they are informing me I will not have it in my possession until Wednesday at the earliest. When I have spoke with customer service, the employees do not care nor do they wish to do anything about it. I was also informed if you are speaking with a "manager" that nobody controls them and they can do what they want at their own pleasure. I am really considering of switching brands for my printer due to the poor customer service and being informed incorrectly.

Bad news buddy you aren’t receiving your printer for a long time. I sent them my laptop to be repaired on the 23rd of January because they said it would be repaired quickly. It has since been delayed to march 4th and I wouldn’t be surprised if it just doesn’t come.

Important
- HP does not free-post HP Support numbers on the Internet. Not. Not in secret, not in chat, not in pop-ups, and not so a nice technician can call you back, sneak into your computer, and then tell you your computer is full of bugs.
