Product: HP EliteBook 8470p Notebook PC
Within 17 to 60 seconds of (reset) powering up Laptop powers off after start both without ssd going in to Bios, and with good win 11 ssd. Same behavior with and without battery. Originally had single light caps lock (CPU) but I installed fresh paste on the CPU, cleaned and tested fan. Now no caps lock blink, but same power behavior. Also tried new compatible generic power supply. Same behavior with original and new generic power supplies. It doesn't stay on long enough to use troubleshooting software, or bios flash. I was able to set fan always on in bios, but no change.
