1. In HP Pavilion x360 convertible laptop, power button is placed in worng position. It is placed left side middle which can be hit whenever i hold or take the laptop .
2. USB port is very tight. Not smooth enough to plug in and remove.

Use your camera or smartphone and take several picture (or capture a video) of the issues you report (button, USB port, etc). Make sure the pictures or the video clearly show the problem you report.
If this a completely new device which you recently bought ? Could you elaborate on how you obtained the laptop ?
