Product: HP ProBook 450 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Have just replaced the non-removable battery in this device with a genuine HP replacement part. Now the battery will not charge. I have tried the removal of the battery device drivers as per the instructions (Uninstall->Shutdown->Power On->Auto Reinstall. This did not solve the issue. I am not able to complete any BIOS updates as the battery percentage is at 0%, minimum of 40% required. I have also removed and reseated the battery to check for contact contamnation. The battery was replaced as it was recommended by the HP Support Assistant. I have read many of the similar question on here to check for a solution but as yet nothing has helped.
