Hi. I have problem accessing my laptop. I can’t enter password neither fingerprint swipe. On the screen, it appears ‘Power-on authentication with the option to enter password or swipe fingerprint to authenticate. Both options are failed. I can’t access. Please help me fix my laptop. Thank you
