HP Recommended
Product: ZBook 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My ZBook 17 boots up w/o the Dock Station no problems.

However; When the Laptop is off and installed into the dock I press the Power button and the Laptop acts like its starting then shuts down after about 5 seconds. All drivers are up to date.

 

Any ideas?

you do not mention what dock are you using with the zbook 17... also, make sure you update BIOS as well (use HP Image Assistant)
