HP Spectre x360 - 13-4103dx (ENERGY STAR)

Had a problem with my HP printer and the live agent did not fix my printer and he screwed up my computer will not power up!  He attempted to transfer me to a Spectre expert and stayed on the phone for over a hour and did not talk to anybody!  NO computer and NO printer now!   [edit]

Welcome to the HP English Community --

There is a high probability that in spite of what it sounded like at the time, you were never talking to HP Support.

HP Support accepts online submission requests for in-Warranty hardware repair.

What else?

HP Support never free posts phone numbers on the Internet.

There is no valid reason for an "agent" to try and gain access to your computer for the purpose of suggesting ways to resolve a printer issue.

Gaining access to your computer is a sneaky trick used by scammers.

It is unfortunate that someone "screwed up" your computer and left you hanging.

Report the incident to your local authorities.

Our Moderator group is aware of your comments -

Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other means to contact you.

NO - HP will not suddenly call you on the phone, will not text you, and will not suddenly want to "chat".

Reminders – READ

Online Case Submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.

Some (Most) regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online.

Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty.  Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.

HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.

If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.
