The fact that HP does not have a Complaint Department speaks volumes about their customer service. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get a live person to help me with a printer problem with no success. Their virtual help was useless. I was given over 4 pages of instructions to try and solve the problem -- none of which worked. This is about the absolute worse customer service I have experienced.
