We purchased this printer 5 months ago the scanner will not save edited scans, we tried to have a technician remotely access our computer and printer and he could not fix the problem. He suggested that we needed a more expensive printer to fit our needs and we ordered a new one through him. He said that he would connect us with the sales department so they could start the process of returning the old printer. We have a 2 year warranty but were told that they would not refund the price of the printer because it was past 30 days. What is a 2 year warranty for? I want to cancel the order for the new printer but the salesman hung up on me and the 1 800 number is busy constantly. How can we quickly cancel the order for the new printer since we have been treated so badly by this company?
