Product: HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer

HP doesn't inform its customers that their printer will not function at the end of a trial of their instant ink program, without replacing  all ink cartridges. What a waste of ink and plastics, if nothing else. 

I spent a full day getting to the bottom of the issue. That issue is: "Unethical business practices." There was actually nothing wrong with the printer itself. 

Do much better, HP.

Post unsubscribing, the instant ink cartridges need to be replaced with traditional ink cartridges.
