What is your Elitebook x360 G2 ? Must be Elitebook x360 some number G2.
99% of my times I use external keyboard on my loan Elitebook x360 1030 G2 therefore I did not notice until reading your question.
Guess what. It does not have PrtScrn key. I have checked the whole manual and could not find it

As mentioned above, I use external keyboard therefore no problem. In your case, Snipping Tool could be a good tool for taking screen shots. Please read the following guide:
