Hi,

I have bough my a brand new Pro-book G9 as well as a HP USB-C Multiport Hub.

I have it connected to two screens, but the laptop does not charge when linked to the hub.

It comes up with the below message: smart ac power adapter is too low for this computer.

 

The Multiport hub is advertised as - supports pass-through charging.

 

any help?

What is your Pro book G9 ? Should be Pro book something G9. The specs of the hub is

I need to know something G9 machine.
