ProBook 455 G10

I would like to buy a ProBook 455 G10. In my country it is sold with AMD processor, 7530U. As far as I read on the Internet, it is an energy-efficient processor with a TDP of only 15W. I have an old HP laptop with Intel Core I3 1125G4. When I do my office work on it, write documents, watch videos, listen to music and sometimes do small amateur audio production, the ventilation almost stops or is very quiet. When the raidm is more demanding, or the processor temperature reaches around 60C, then the ventilation works more intensively. I need a laptop that is also quiet. Can the ventilation on this laptop, or the laptops that come with the 7530U be quiet or silent, if the computer is idle or if nothing demanding is being done? This is very important in my decision to buy a new computer, because I want a quiet environment. I recently tested a third-party laptop with a Core I5 12450h and the ventilation was always present, even when the temperature was only 34C.
Another thing that interests me about this keyboard are the F keys and their functionality. Considering that I am completely blind and use the keyboard a lot, is it possible to set it so that it is necessary to press the FN key together with the F keys in order to perform some action. Eg: FN+f7, volume down. And not just f7. I use the F keys in my daily work and it means a lot to me. Some instructions say that this is achieved by pressing FN+Shift. Is that correct?

HP sells ALL ProBook 455 G10 machines with AMD processors around the world. If you wish to buy a machine with Intel processors you have to look at the different series in this case ProBook 450 G10.

Basically they are are very similar.

Regards.
