Product: HP ProBook 650 G4 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi, I've got HP Elite Book 850 G4 Notebook plugged to Ultra Slim 2013 docking station. Which, has two display ports to connect.
When notebook is connected to the docking station and at least one monitor pluged in the DP on it, HDMI port on the notebook stops working.
Notebook has latest BIOS and drivers update, docking station - latest firmvare (2.33).
How do I get the HDMI to work simultaneously with the monitors connected to the dock? This configuration should work on this version of the video card (Intel UHD Graphics 620). At the same time, the laptop's own display can be disabled.
Thank you
