Product: HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC (1A893AV)
Hello Forum,
unfortunately I can't report my problem to HP support, so I would like to ask for help here.
We have an HP ProBook 450 G8 in use. This notebook is connected to the HP USB-C Dock G5 docking station.
When the ProBook is removed from the docking station, the entire ProBook freezes. And this happens every time the ProBook is removed from the docking station.
What could be the reason that the ProBook freezes completely after the ProBook is removed from the docking station?
best regards
