Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ZBOOK defective after HP Wolf Security Update on 01/24/22 (published HP Wolf Security update from 01/21/22)/ ZBOOK still has 19M. Guarantee/ business customer/ either the HP security update has deleted my access data (fingerprint & code) or the hardware (mainboard, fingerprinter, or whatever) is defective!/
My notebook can no longer be unlocked with my fingers or the password when booting up (bios?).

On Monday the 24.01. the notebook switched on as usual (fingerprint), windows 10 started and ready for use, worked with the notebook for about 10 minutes, then the request for the HP Wolf serurity update came, I agreed as usual, shut down the notebook as usual to run the update and restarted again, then the usual input mask (fingerprint or password), both of which I no longer recognized!

Can someone help me?
