Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At our office we have HP essential G5 docking systems and two type of HP pro books.

With the HP ProBook 445 14 inch G9 5N4R4EA#ABH  (W10) there are no problems but with the HP ProBook 445 G10 - 853G3ES#ABH (W10) there are problems that I cannot clarify. At random moments, mainly when the laptop switches to another docking system, the laptop recognizes that the docking system is linked and a second screen is attached via the docking system. The screen however does not detect a device via the essentials dock. Its not related to the monitor since it happens at different docking systems (identical) with different monitors.

I tried the following steps:
- reboot the laptop
- reboot the dock and drain energy
- install most recent gpu drivers via internet (factory settings)

- rund sfc /scannow to check if there are any conflicts
- update the firmware of the docking system

Can you explain why this happens, or more important how I can fix this allowing my colleagues to use their docking system as intended?

Thanks!
