HP Recommended

I have a Zbook Create G7, I upgraded to Win 11. After a few days the keyboard started having problems. B, N, Esc, Capslock, they don't work anymore.
I contact hp, they tell me to replace it. I bought 1 but didn't dare open the workstation due to urgent work. I thought about buying an external keyboard, the 150 usb. Everything was fine for 2 days, then it started detecting a driver error. I contacted HP again and they said it wasn't compatible, so I bought a 350 Bluetooth, connected but it didn't work, HP told me as above. I bought the 320k, same driver error but also driver manager error. HP sends me bios, drivers, nothing to do!
I'm reinstalling win q11, hoping something corrupt will fix itself. Nothing! Hp tells me to do full restore with native win sending me.
I don't dare do it because the work at CAD, urgent, gives me no respite. I would then have to reinstall all the software.
I'm wondering if there's anyone among you who knows in depth what the driver management files that are reported to be corrupted might be.
Thank you in advance.
