HP ProBook 4 G1i
Microsoft Windows 11

I have two HP ProBook 4 G1i 14" and 16"
Intel Core Ultra 7 255U 32RAM
Both laptops freeze randomly from time to time. One of them freezes after being unplugged from the power outlet.
The BIOS is updated to the latest version(x72). The update took 4 hours on both laptops!
Power plan-balanced. All drivers updated
Help me fix the freezing issue

Same issue here with th 16" inch model, did you ever find a solution to this?

yep, I replaced the original RAM modules with Kingston Fury DDR5 32GB (2×16GB) 5600MHz SO-DIMM Impact, and the freezes are gone.
However, the problem with waking up from sleep mode still remains.
