I just bought an HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2 with Audio Module , but when I turn it on all the leds start to flash and ther still flashing , it doesn´t allow me to do anything , someone will have any reccomendations to fix it ,

Hello

 

take a screwdriver and remove the audio module , check if the conenction with audio module and docking is ok.
