Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, we bought for the company hardware HP ProBook 450 G9 Core i5-1235U | 15.6"-FHD | 8GB | 512GB | W10P. The specification shows that it is possible to set the resolution at
1920 x 1080 (Full HD) pixels and the system has the possibility of setting much lower and unfortunately, despite the installation of all possible drivers and technical support from the IT side, we are not able to change it. Do you know how to solve it? Thank you for your help.

@Sandra_Mov

From specs, they only has one option which is HD (1366 x 768) :

HP also has another FHD (1920 x 1080) series:

In your case, you can't change its resolution, can you change (swap) to other series ?

Regards.
