Product: HP ZBook Firefly 14
First:
I am not able to add my product to my Profile. I am getting "Service not available" when I write the sn in the inputfield.
Second:
My laptop where forcing me to update the BIOS and when doing so it got stuck on step 2 out of 7. It hangs there. I have tried to revert and use Win + B when booting up and Windows starts but I immediately are forced to reboot and update the BIOS. And then, it got stuck on step 2 out of 7 again.
I need help to get out of this loop.
