I'm having problems upgrading or updating both hardware and software on my PC because it keeps saying there's not enough space—even for basic Windows updates. The device has a small internal hard drive (60GB storage, 8GB RAM), but I still bought it thinking it would be sufficient for system use and critical updates, with everything else stored on an external disk or OneDrive. Unfortunately, that hasn’t worked out.
To make things worse, I bought three of these devices—one for myself and two for relatives at the end of 2023. One of my relatives' devices has already stopped working, and HP has been unhelpful in resolving the issue.
At the moment, I have several pending updates, and my screen keeps blinking, especially when using Zoom. HP, I believe these devices were poorly designed, and I hope you take responsibility for the issues users are facing.

Did you know you can NOT upgrade RAM and Storage of your machine BEFORE buying it (well them).
Regards.

@banhien - thanks for the response - I'm not computer savvy - I didnt know the laptop was not upgradable. I was aware of the limited internal storage which I expected that HP would ensure it be sufficient for system files at least & intented to save my person items on the accompanying disk.
