Product: HP ZBOOK STUDIO G3 MOBILE WORKSTATION T6E16UT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I cracked the screen on my Zbook and ordered a replacement based on the part number on the back. I also confirmed that number on PartSurfer to be the 15.6-inch FHD 840941-001. I have tried several replacement screens that say they are compatible but none have worked. I even got a new EDP harness in case it had been damaged. No luck. Unfortunately, I threw away the cracked screen before the replacements showed up so now I can't 100% confirm the proper screen. Looking at the options it should be pretty simple as there was one option for a non touch screen FHD screen. Screen for HP ZBOOK 15 G3. Replacement Laptop LCD Screen (laptopscreen.com)
The first screen I ordered from eBay:
The second 2 from Amazon:
All the info I can find indicates these are the proper screens.
Replacement EDP Harness which matches the existing harness exactly.
Anything I might be overlooking here? Thanks for the help!
