Hello community,
I own a my HP Probook 650 G8 and a G2 Thunderbolt dock G2.
Unfortunally some time ago the dock quit to work properly. My Display port monitor cannot be accessed any more. As well as some of the usb- Ports. The LAN Port seems to be slow.
I tried intalling the thunerbolt driver but without sussess. I get the messages (see attatched picture 1).
Tehn I tried https://support.hp.com/de-de/document/c06443532.
But now I do not habe the menu point in the bios ( I am sure, it was there once).
See the folowing screenshot.
Any help is very much apprechiated.

sorry for my late reply.
Until the Update fpr the TB Dock all went well.
But updating the firmfare failed again with the same results. Seems to me that something in the bios setings is not ok.
This sounds like a technical error. <Service> is required !
