HP15-bs001ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Day! I just bought an HP laptop, model HP15-bs001ne, and I would like to check if the product is an authentic HP. Id did not came with a user manual like I am used to when I buy gadgets so I am little bit worried if it is genuine or not. Does this really happen and is it okay that it does not have a manual? I have read some instructions to check the authenticity of the product by checking the warranty. I did. And it showed like this:

Does this mean the product is genuine HP? And I am also bothered that in the photo it shows that the product is touch. But it's not. And I am aware of it the moment I bought it. But the fact that the information online and the laptop itself does not coincide, should I be worried?

Thank you very much in advance!

Your product is genuine. It is showing up in HP support page automatically identifying the serial number.

Specs: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c05608739

Manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05493257

No machine comes with printed manual booklet nowadays

You can use above links to access those.

You can contact HP in your region directly to correct the warranty date since it starts from the date of purchase. Keep the invoice ready and also a soft copy of it so that you can send it to HP support when requested.
