HP Recommended

This is on my elitebook on windows 11, but the problem is that the company does not allow admin prileleges after installation. This blocks me:

Here is the survey and this is the error. The product is already installed. My point is that, once installed, this should prevent me from using the app. It is not my fault that I do not have admin rights to my company laptop. This is a complaint to the designers of the application.
