Hello, 

 

Wifi isn´t working

I can´t see the adapter in the device-manager

The Wifi Button on my chassis is not orange, it is permanent white, noeffekt when pushing it

I dunno which wifi adapter is installed, I re-installed driver from realtek, intel  with no effect

Now I know, that I can check the BOM on HP Partsurfer to know the WIFI Adapter.

The problem happend without any know major changes

 

Do you have a Idea what to do?

are your sure HP 490 G2 notebook ? in which are are you living ? US , Latin America , Asia , Australia ??
