I have the same problem. I placed an order on December 2 for a Z27n G2 monitor.  The website did not indicate that the item was out of stock, and the estimated delivery date was December 17.  As of today, the order status still shows as "Processing."  I understand unforeseen shipping delays, and would be more sympathetic if I could get any information at all about the status of my order.  But if the HP website had indicated when I ordered that the monitor was not even in stock and available to ship in the first place, I would not have ordered it. 

 

Update: Although it took a very long time to get through to a customer service agent on the chat feature, they were eventually able to help me.  Thanks to Nicole M. for assisting.

What was the resolution? Have a similar issue.  Have gotten anywhere with Customer Service..
