HP ZBook 17 Mobile Workstation

Hello, I'd be very much appreciative for some help on this.  This ZBook17 is older but has been upgraded to Windows 11.   I had used this ZBook17 earlier in the day yesterday and dumped a bunch of video files onto the hard drive from a memory cards.  The files were all done transferring over. The computer sat idle for say 4 hours after that.

Later in the afternoon I was going to work on editing some hang gliding videos and I saw the blue screen.  It had a stop code:Memory Management.  It also said it would re-start after it gathered some error info, but it just sat there for an hour registering 100% complete still on the blue screen.  The fan was running fast and it was hot.  I moved the laptop to a cooler room.  Nothing happened so I eventually held the off button down for a while and it would not re-start.  Now when I try to turn it on it doesn't boot up.  The on-off button, and wifi light, speaker button all flash for about 0.5 seconds every 4 seconds.  and on the front edge the wifi light, power on light, charging light, disc light flashes at about the same time interval.

I have removed the battery and held down the power on button for 30 seconds to drain capacitors.  Then tried it again.  No change.

I made a recovery USB stick.

I have also tried powering it up and hitting the F1 key multiple times...nothing.  also did the same with F11, and F9 on different trys...nothing new happens!   Any ideas?

If this computer has no hope, what could I do to retrieve the video files from the solid state hard drives?

Thanks
