I log in to my account regularly, every time I try to generate a new request it takes me back to the page where I attached the screenshort, I don't know how to move forward, I have recently had this problem and as a company I need to enter requests

Please help us with your HP Unit serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.

 

Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?

It is not a serial research problem, it is a problem that we cannot do it independently. When I click on "Create a new case" it takes me back to this screen below

This section does not allow me to enter any data because the user is disabled, who can unblock this situation? We are a company with an in-house support department; SG S.p.A.; and we need to enter serials and support request tickets independently
