Product: ZBook 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I have a six-week-old ZBook 17. Unfortunately a clip has broken off the back of the 's' key. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? Must admit I am very disappointed that this has happened to a £2000 new laptop :/.Thanks

I am not even sure you can get a single replacement key. It rather depends on the keyboard. Some keyboards must be replaced if anything happens to one of the keys - it has to do with the way the keyboard is manufactured to fit into the limited space in the computer case.
That said, have you contacted HP Support, submitted a case, and asked for help?
If not, you should do so - our volunteer workforce can direct you to parts and replacement - we cannot address whether the key should have broken in the first place.
