Hello HP Support,

I have an HP ZBook Power 16 G11 (Product Number: A25C8PC, Serial Number: [edited]). Unfortunately, the BIOS is locked with a password that I do not know, and I am unable to enable AMD-V virtualization features required for my professional work with VMware and EVE-NG.

I understand that my device may be out of warranty, but I would like to request assistance in resetting the BIOS password. I am the owner of the device and can provide proof of purchase if needed.

Please let me know if it is possible to receive an SMC.bin file or any official method to unlock the BIOS and enable virtualization.
