Reset bios password/Сброс пароля BIOS и обращение к поддержке HP

Здравствуйте. Решил переустановить ОС на ноутбуке, попытался хайти в BIOS, чтобы поставить загрузку в с USB, но оказалось, что там стоит пароль, котрого я не знаю.
Прочитал эту тему

Но не понимаю, как связаться с поддержкой, предлагают лишь найти сервистый центр и готовые пошаговые решения.

If you have lost the BIOS password you need to contact our Phone Support for Service Options

I have sent you a private message with the next course of action
