Product: HP EliteDisplay E242 24-inch Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP EliteDisplay E242 monitor connected through HDMI to my Lenovo laptop, the audio from the monitor disappear, is there anything to do to restore the audio?

Please be informed I run all troubleshooting available!
