Hi,

This is to bring to your attention that the right hinge of my new laptop, bought in March 2020 just before lockdown has visible manufacturing damage and that has been accepted by the onsite engineer visited to resolve the grievances I have, in the mail as well.

Though he did not resolve any of the grievances and I am using a defective laptop even after communicating the whole matter to the company several times since the time bought.

Now, I am asking when the product is under warranty and the company also admitted a hinge issue like this cannot be inflicted by the consumer, do I have to keep on using the product without the redressal of this issue?

I require an answer for the amount of over a lac and 15k above payment.

I am very much dissatisfied with this product.

I even complained on the 16th of June 2020 regarding Bang and Olufsen not working but not received any help till date.

Kindly tell me where is this gap of not providing any service to a customer who has put trust in your company and bought a high end laptop?

Kindly help out as to where to reach out to get a proper solution?
