Product: Hp Probook 450 G5 Notebook Pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pc Has Shows Run into Problem And Restarts.After That When I on the Powerbutton for my pc  It has shows to skib it press any keys (6 Second remaining) After that the circle has Running like Restarting.If Someone Knows how to solve it please Answer it.

Hi,

Try performing HP diagnostics at boot and see if there are any hardware failures.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continously keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.
