Is anyone know if the model HP Pavillion x 360 - Model 14-cdoo4nv support Sim card slot or if not if I can upgrade to a Sim card slot Thanks Best regards

Model 14-cdoo4nv is invalid. I think your machine is an HP Model 14-cd004nv (2 zeros not 2 letters oh).). Its specs

It does not have WWAN card. Did you buy option with WWAN card ? Without WWAN card the SIM card is useless and the bad news is you can not add WWAN card to your machine.
