HP ELITEBOOK 8TH GENERATION core i5 Screen brightness change fn keys f3 & f4 are not working.

I had the same issue on that same day on an AMD G7 EliteBook and was able to resolve the issue by reinstalling the "HP Hotkey Support - UWP" Driver from HP's support website. It has been working since then on my computer. Hope that is helpful.
