HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Out-of-the-box HP Probook screen flickering, distorting randomly, and showing random white pixels flashing (looks like slight static on an old TV when the vacuum ran).  Happens when connect to power or not connected to power.  Did not install anything prior to this starting; happened during the initial setup.  Do I need to return this and start over because something is wrong with it?
