Screen rubber

I am having a problem with the rubber of my laptop hp pavilion actually the rubber is coming off around the screen and its getting worse and worse day by day so I want to ask can i replace the rubber

It is a CTO machine but you can use

For use only on computer models in sunset red finish part # 809835-001
For use only on computer models in violet purple finish part # 809836-001
