I've been trying and trying and HP will not recognize the Serial Number on my new HP EliteBook 660 16 inch G11 Notebook PC (902F1AV). I did add it to our account but never received a confirmation email and when I refresh our devices it's still not there. I did get a screen saying:
Registration Confirmation
XXXX, thank you for registering your product!
This is so frustrating. The only phone number the sales department was able to give me is for Tech Support, but they also won't accept the serial number. I also used HP Assist and they still won't accept it. It looks like this is a reoccurring problem with HP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running into the same thing. I have an account with 2 printers, and it's not recognizing my serial # provided on the new laptop I purchased. I can't get to a phone # and/or a live chat to help me without the serial # going through. Did anyone ever respond to you? I also have sent 2 emails through various portals and no reply yet since last evening. I also purchased the HP 3y Onsite Notebook Support and got ZERO information on this dedicated support team I purchased. Would love to hear if you've heard from anyone yet. Thanks! Jen
