I saw a setting named Radeon Chill in AMD Radeon Settings under Graphics Option. I don't use laptop for gaming but it says it will cool the system when user is idle. Should I enable or it and Will it effect my laptop's speed.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
Radeon Chill is an optional feature which can be toggled on and off during gameplay. Radeon Chill reduces your gameplay frame rate, saves power and lowers GPU temperature.
