Hi.

I have been using the mobile connection on my workstation laptop, and it worked for a couple inutes this morning, but now windows says "insert sim" all suddenly.

I have a couple of times tried to re-place the sim card in the slot.

The laptop has not been moved and has been sitting on the desk for a couple of weeks now.

Any ideas what to do now?

I have tried to re-fit the simcard.

Did a system restore to lad restore point created and when the card was working.

Tested the sim card in a phone and could use it.

Removed the device in device manager and rebooted and windows reinstalled the device.

Reinstalled hps drivers for the sim wwan module.

Nothing has solved the problem that the sim card is not seen/detected by windows 10 pro.
