Is there any help HP can offer for poor students who are suffering because of online education in India (Kerala) by giving free laptops

Unfortunately there's no program in the Community related to product donation. 😕

You can try to fill the form linked to the Global philanthropy feedback.

Or contact HP in their country, using the Contact HP link, to see if there are any donation programs available in their region.
