Hello, please help with the problem  below:

 

suddenly some of the keyboard buttons stopped to work and others show wrong characters. I cannot use 1,2,3, similar with num lock keypad. External keyboard works fine but the notebook keyboard not.

 

I tried to remove the device in device manager and restart the system or update the driver but no change. I even restored windows and it's still the same. Any tips?

Is that an HP external keyboard?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc
