Product: HP Probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When using Zoom or GoTo Meeting with my HP Probook (Windows 10), my speaker and mic suddenly mute simultaneously for no reason.  I need to "un-mute" them several times during the meetings.  They do not mute any other time.  My system is telling me that I have the most up to date drivers.

there are severl tens of HP Probook. pleasebe more specific.

in any case I suggest you to use HP IMage Assistant to update all driver and BIOS of you notebook.
